How can I arrange a cleaning service with you?

Feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone to arrange an appointment and get a free price estimate for your cleaning job. We can visit you Mon-Fri 10AM - 7:00PM.

Is there a minimum required number of hours that I can hire you for?

Yes. For our regular cleaning services, there is a required minimum of 2 hours per week.

Do you provide fortnightly cleaning services ?

Unfortunately, we provide only weekly cleaning services and one-off cleaning services detailed in our price list includes all costs and you do not need to pay anything extra.

What is the notice period for contract termination?

Because of the fact that our customers rarely change, we do not enforce a fixed period of notice for contract termination like other cleaning firms. You have the right to terminate our services at any time.

What if my regular cleaner is sick or on holiday?

We'll always have a replacement for your usual cleaner in case of illness or any other kind of absence.

What if I’m not happy with my cleaner?

It is very unlikely that you will be unhappy with the cleaning standard provided by our cleaning staff. Do you provide cleaning products and cleaning equipment?

We provide our own products and equipment as included in the price list, but only for one-off cleaning services. Regular cleaning services prices do not include cleaning products and equipment. Please see our recommended products list and make sure that you have all the necessary products in stock. We can provide all the products we recommend for an additional fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept weekly cash payments, weekly bank transfers (standing orders included) or monthly payments in advance for our regular cleaning services. Cash on completion or advance bank transfer payments are required for one-off cleaning services

What if I’m going on holiday and won't require your cleaning services for a period of time?

We strongly recommend you to deep clean your property while you are on holiday. Professional deep clean usually costs a fortune but we can do it for a fraction of that at your regular cleaning rate. We can deep clean your fridge, freezer, oven, windows, remove old dirt from your wall tiles, clean the kitchen extractor, remove old water scales from shower screens, taps, kitchen unit interiors, etc. It is always nice to come back from a holiday to a fresh and sparkling house. There is no obligation to do so but most of our customers decide to do that. Otherwise, you can let us know at least one week ahead that you would like to cancel our cleaning services. You have the right to cancel up to three cleaning services in any period of 365 days. Cancelling more than 3 cleaning services in any period of 365 days require a payment of 50% of the normal service charge.

Do I have to pay for my service if I want to cancel my cleaning?

No, but you have to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. You have the right to cancel up to three cleaning services within a year. Cancelling of more than 3 cleaning services in a year or canceling without 48 hours notice requires a payment of 50% of the normal service charge.

How do you vet your cleaners?

Our cleaners are employed directly by us and checked for passport, full UK driving license, address, migration status, CRB, and are given a test on common cleaning tasks. Candidates who have passed the vetting procedure undergo intensive training and work under our supervision. After a couple of weeks training, our cleaning staff is ready to work on our customer’s property on their own.

When do you work?

We work Mon-Fri 8AM - 7PM and Sat 8:00AM - 2PM (reserving Saturdays for one-off cleaning services).

Do you work all year around?

We work all year around except for the period between 27 December and 10 January.

Do I have to provide you with a set of keys?  

No, we do not need your key if you are at home on a cleaning day. Please note that if you do not cancel your cleaning services in advance and you are not at home, we will charge you 50% of your normal service fee.
Most of our customers provide us with their keys. Your key will be kept at our premises at all times and given to the cleaner only on the cleaning day.
